At Cressington Manor partnerships are nurtured and allowed to blossom naturally whilst your child grows with us. Our approach will ensure that you feel confortable about exchanging information and discussing all aspect of your child. To allow us to provide individual care to suit your needs.

Our door is always open with regular opportunities for formal and informal discussions about your child's progress. As our management team and your child's 'key person' love to hear from all our parents we make time to discuss all aspect of your child's care and development.
You are able to ring directly to your child's room during the day to speak with your child's key person. Ringing directly to your key person provides you with extra peace of mind during settling in periods or during times when your child is not feeling very well.
All children at Cressington Manor will have a 'My Learning Journey' booklet. You have access to your child's 'My Learning Journey' booklet at all times and may request a copy at reception.
Your child's 'My Learning Journey' booklet will be produced by your child's key person and will celebrate all of your child's experiences at nursery from; their friends, activities they have participated in, to their development.
Over time you will see that your child's 'My Learning Journey' booklet will tell a story about your child's time at nursery and in turn it helps us to understand and support your child's individual needs. Your child's 'My Learning Journey' is important as it one of many tools that allows your child's key person to plan with you the next steps of your child's learning and development and keeps you up to date with your child's progress.
Newsletters are also distributed and parent's evening arranged to ensure that you keep up to date with your child's development, nursery news and all the exciting events that are held at the nursery throughout the year.
